About Us

Our Retreats are attended usually by small groups of participants

During our retreats  we will be practicing meditation, relaxation techniques, Mantra meditation, classical hatha yoga, pranayama, and self inquiry. These activities will create the flow of the day, allowing personal time between sessions for solitude, reflection, enjoying the beauty and peace of the landscape and make new friends. Spend time learning local traditions &  rituals, attend cultural & religious ceremonies, taste amazing food
